Sorry, I just don't see a huge difference between someone saying "I hate being sober" in one song and portraying alcohol use in a positive light in another. Both are promoting alcohol use. 
It's not even like "I hate being sober" etc. is all that new of a thing. There have been plenty of songs that have said things like "I'm never happy when I'm sobered up" and no one seemed to care.

 They're both portraying getting drunk as positive/cool. The root complaint she seems to have is that it portrays alcoholism as something that is okay, yet she promotes alcohol in a huge number of her songs. It's hypocritical, not to mention that this song is nothing new. I mean, why doesn't she go off on Amy Winehouse's Rehab while she's at it?
