In most religions it doesn't say being homosexual is sin, it says doing homosexual acts is. So you can be a religios gay, just don't fukc guys.

Anyone can practice religion if they want and if they believe. Not all religions are the same. Some people use different parts from multiple religions.

Of course they can! God loves and welcomes anyone. For example my boyfriend and I have a lot of involvement in our churches. He spends more time than I do and honestly I think he would make an amazing pastor because he really has what it takes. Some religious people make it seem like God doesn't accept homosexuality but there no passage in the bible that says Jesus was against it. The passages that say homosexuality is wrong are the ones that were written by the apostles and preachers of back in the day. Those were their believes which are very outdated if you ask me because it says women were suppose to stay at home and serve their husbands but in this century women can work and be independent. It's the same with homosexuality, times have change and if its really a sin, God would still forgive you and love you because his son was sent to this world to die for our sins.

Yes it's a mess but when I was a teen I was a devout Christian. I was like Jerry Falwell maybe even worse. I would tell people God wrote being homosexual is a sin cause he was a closet case and that we need to pray so God can come out. I was not right in the head. Now I'm a atheist and I love it its so much fun too.
