Lol of course not. The only thing is you just have to get the rights to sample the song, and an artist or label can deny giving you the rights, which is why she couldn't use the I Feel Pretty sample for Roman's Revenge.

She needed permission from MGM Studios, I believe. I'm not exactly sure who has the license to the soundtrack, since Leonard Bernstein (the composer) is dead.
