Miley didn't cut Kesha off, in the picture when they're all 3 together Madonna is holding both of them, however in the picture in the op Madonna's left hand is on Miley but the right isn't holding anybody, you can see the full arm.
also in one picture Madonna has open lips in the other she hasn't. these are two different pictures.
