Pretentious, not humble, annoying, desperate for attention, etc.

I mean I know some artists are pretentious but they can back it up, he cannot. He really thinks because he's got a fanbase of girls who will stan for any attractive guy that comes their way, that he's all of a sudden god's gift to music.

And then they give him all of these awards over more deserving artists and all that does is fuel his ego.

This is such a stupid argument. If American culture has taught us anything over the last 10 years, it is that you do not have to be smart or talented to make money. Just watch 10 minutes of MTV, VH1, or E!.

His music is not awful by any means, but he lacks any real sense of humility and at this point, nothing like this sounds genuine. He has made a fool of himself time and time again via his bratty sounding social networking rants, and he would do well to not make comments like these, but just keep it short and sweet and stop being so defensive. Many other artists have gotten so much more **** than he has and never felt the real need to throw tantrums like he has, so if he wants respect, the best thing he can do is just keep making music (ideally that would merit respect) and stop making such a spectacle of himself in the public eye. He still has a lot of maturing to do and the ****** thing is that many young artists tend to have their maturity stunted once when hit it big and encounter fame.

I mean Christina is a bitch most of the times and the gp & even celebs know it and dislike her for it but they can't truly diss her or hate her cause she can actually sing and she means something to pop music.

Justin means nothing to pop music, he's just lucky that he has all these fans but behind that there isn't anything special.
