Which I'm sure adds to her reasons for not coming back... she never was the Aubrey or Dawn of the group, meaning her role was extremely limited and pushed behind those two.

D seems to be a person who wants to be the center of attention, and it just won't ever happen for her, especially when you're in a group with Aubrey or even Dawn. So we all know her and Dawn were never fans of one another, and she just doesn't see it benefiting what SHE wants now.

But again, it's whatever. She's not coming back? Then she's not coming back ,and if the girls are ready to move on without her I guess the few fans she did have have to accept it then lol

Yup. Exactly. As much as I love Shannon, if it were four, her and D. are interchangeable. I give the edge to Shannon though because of her work ethic, ability to work well with others, and her excellent harmonization. Hell she sings country but can reel in that twang to sound more pop.

This group can NOT thrive without Aubrey and Dawn. Even Aundrea. Those three probably pull 90% of the fans.

Solo Dawn shat on lives (her album and EP are still played to this day), but I'd prefer her with D.K. She sees the success she deserves when she's with them.

Up until like a couple years ago I harbored a grudge against Dawn but I do like this music that's fresh and different that Dawn serves.

If the girls can do this reunion thing excellently, it can really help BOTH Dawn & Aubrey with their solo endeavors. They're better collectively than individually. Those two girls are the ones with the most solo potential so if they do this smartly, it can catapult their solo careers into moderate success.

Aubrey's been behaving a LOT better recently though. Until some swimsuit pics from the last couple of weeks, but she's behaving a lot better than circa 2007-2009.

No she's not

She was just on Celebrity Apprentice a year ago and about 90% of the viewers HATED her. Just a month ago she was on RuPaul's Drag Race, and all the contestants and the fans thought she was a total bitch. She has an absolute horrid reputation and will never be seen a likable by the general public.

^ Sounds to me like they reached out to her but she wanted to put the reunion on hold while she attempts her projects (which we all know will not be panning out) and the other girls refused to wait.

D. Woods needs to stop being stubbon and delusional and realize her little solo career and being a manager is not happening. The only thing solo that she could ever make happen is being a cast member on Love & HipHop - if she's lucky.

That's basically what I got from it. Lmao. And she always made it seem she never wanted to do it again. Add that to she never responded to calls/messages, I'm sure the girls thought it wouldn't be lucrative reaching out and asking her.

I'm CRYING over the fact she wants to focus on the current projects she has going. Like that's gonna help her out more than DK.

Ugh, I would begin but I don't think I can lol it's just kind of like an unspoken dislike between the two of them and a lot of people noticed it. D never seemed to like any of the girls except Aubrey which we all know, and she would only go to events and hang out with Aubrey but when it came to Dawn it was like she was really just not fond of her and vice versa.

They have hardly no single pics together, never stood, sat next to one another when they did anything public, and when they did they both looked uncomfortable and miserable, but D would show it more than Dawn. They both never spoke of one another even when they were still in the group, meaning they basically ignored each others existence. If you want, you can go on youtube and look up just about any old DK interview, or watch MTB and you can literally see the tension...

Long story short lol it's not really a big KNOWN situation that anyone has said, including the group members, but everyone knows that they don't care for one another, and it's no secret that's for sure.

There's more behind the story about those two as well but i'll leave it at that for now..
