Yes, the managers and our head office is full of bullies. They are the primary reason its a stressfull job.

Obvoiusly yall have job, and not a career.

I started working at an MSP that plans out and manages the networks of some big companies in the world, and you paid your salary+ comisssion. We're talking about comission in the millions here, and the last thing you need is another new guy to teach, and worse yet, split this multi-million dollar pie with. So the other co-workers are cold as hell to you. Theyre leave you out of the loop, and you have to learn the ropes from these people, and theyre not gonna teach you, because they want you fired. And then when they realized I wasnt going away, they started to open up and let me in on jobs that were coming in.

Basically what I'm trying to say is, not alll bullying is bad, it builds character. It toughens your skin cuz not everbody is gonna **** wiith you at first, you just gottta roll with it, and eventually they respect you more.





















But if you flip burgers at Burger king just to buy the new iPhone, **** it. If they start giving you a hard time, curse em out and dip lol.

I wasn't at Stop n' Shop to make friends.
