No, her foundation is probably the right colour IRL - just certain foundations combined with cheap flash photography can cause flashback/a white out effect. Especially foundations that contain SPF.

It can also be her finishing/translucent powder. Some are optimized for video (like Makeup Forever HD) and not for photography.
