I agree that first degree murder charges are over the top. Laws are favored towards the mother...it is kind of unfair the the dad has no say in an abortion, but when the baby is born he is expected to be an "equal" partner.
What if she tricked him into getting pregnant? Maybe she knew he didn't want kids and stopped taking her pills. Even if he abandons her, he'll have that guilt knowing his kid is out there AND she'll probably take 50% of his salary for child support.
Regardless...what he did was so wrong - And lol Florida.
