"Ooh la la" could be a moderate top 15 hit, if certain things are handled properly.
1) The target of this song is definately kids , so thats the target they should focuss with this song, don't focuss on late-teenagers or adults with this song.
2) She should shoot a music video featuring the smurfs, I imagine a video of the smurfs having a party , mostly animated, and a couple of smurfs (a girl and a boy) being the center of the storyline of the video, Britney appears performing for them while the smurfs are having fun with the song - - - -> Great promotion for the film, and those who like the film could watch the video.
3) A music video featuring the smurfs would cause a huge amount of Youtube views , and probably many kids would watch, kids that could ask to their parents to buy the smurfs song for them ................. its completely pointless to release an adult, sexy, mature video for this song.
4) The song has to be included on absolutely every "The smurfs 2" trailer from now, to starting to get the song stuck and make people associate the song quickly with the film
5) Obvsiously she should attend to the premiere of the film, and do some interviews related with the film.
The song could be a moderate top 15 hit, luckily a top 10 if they do things properly. . . .
And the song is produced and written to appeal kids, thats the reason it has fun but simple lyrics with a sweet vibe , and the reason of her voice being picthed that way on the chorus was indeed to make the allusion that "a smurf" could be singing it, I really understood the production of this song.
