I don't get it though, this and the horse scene have more in common with each other than any other part of the video. Both have the mermaid vibe going on with the bright pastel colors, and the Paparazzi video ended up more blonde/gold/black+white/Hollywood. Was there an entirely different concept/treatment for the video at some point? Because both of these looks do NOT fit in with what ended up being the music video.
It was odd enough when the horse scene came out, but now that we know there were at least 2 looks on this mermaid/aquatic theme...hm.
