JoJo could, as of now, sue them to get out of her contract, since sh has no means of releasing music. She tried that in 2009, but the label got a deal w/ Interscope quickly after that, so the Court threw out JoJo's lawsuit. But they lost their distribution deal with Interscope last year. So if JoJo has the money, she could sue them again. But that takes ALOT of time, effort, and money.

For some reason I feel like JoJo and her team are working on a way for her to get out of the contract without taking them to court. But if that doesn't work then she's gonna have to do sue them.
I wish we knew more about what they're doing behind the scenes. We've been kinda left the in the dark.
