Gaga looks like she's wearing the purple sweet from Quality Street, Nicki's is just a mess and Rihanna looks like a black version of P!nk on her cover so that just leaves Katy and Beyonce. I will go with Katy since I prefer her dress and I don't think that's the best picture of Beyonce.

I feel if this were the case, it wouldn't have been one of the lowest-selling issues of the year.

Katy's blue hair matching her outfit makes everything look very cheap. Bey's is basic but she looks beautiful. Rihanna looks like an emaciated child. Nicki looks terrifying. Gaga's is over the top and cartoonish and I like that it's a complete body shot.

I voted for Gaga. :3

Beyonce had the best one. It especially reminded me of 90s supermodels.

I like the shot of Beyonce but it's more Time Magazine than Vogue. I have issues with Gaga's too, but hers is the best cover.

Rihanna looks dirty and awkward, Katy's is a nice enough shot for Town & Country Magazine and Nicki's looks like a promo shot for Skydancers or something.
