All she said is that you can write catchy pop songs without touching that subject and be successful with it. Even as Pop artist, if you don't want to have songs about partying then you don't have to.
Just because people like to use their sex appeal doesn't mean they aren't talented. I don't think she really shaded her, but I don't like what she said either.
If she doesn't want to "sex it up" that's fine, but don't downtalk or criticize people who do. Because does she know how many successful and talented people have done it?
