Nintendo could have had it all with a decent hardware. Wii provided them with more than enough money for at least to try, but instead, WiiU ended up being a console that struggles even for running the games of this generation.
They screwed it all up, and arrived at this point, I don't think they can save the situation with their classic games anymore.
Fortunately for them, the 3DS has taken over, but a price drop was required.
