Bill Werde is the editorial director of billboard. He made this prediction at the beginning of this year.
So far, a third of his prediction came true because Justin is slaying. Will Gaga and Miley slay when it's time for their releases? Keep in mind that he said Miley is the dark horse which is basically someone who you don't expect to slay but ends up slaying.
