Billboard probably doesn't know any better than we do. I'm thinking/hoping she'll announce the date of her single on all the red carpet interviews like Ke$ha did with Die Young at last year's VMAs. And hopefully they play a snippet while she walks on stage like I tweeted earlier.
I can't believe this song was produced by Dr. Luke... I wonder if Miley and him went a more urban direction like this. But judging by that picture he posted of the whole orchestra I'm a little doubtful.
