PSY's music is horrible when you take it seriously, but if you take him seriously then you have issues. It's not like he's killing children in Pakistan, he's just making a fool of himself and people seem to enjoy it. I prefer this kind of foolery than really bad music topping charts and performers claiming to be second coming to save people, like with BTW, no offence.
