Not only is his electro breakdown a highlight of Live It Up, he also says the soon-to-be iconic "Let's **** tonight" bits and sings all the male background vocals and adlibs.

I don't see why not. He's just as established these days as producer/DJ/artist David Guetta is, he might as well attach his name to the song in that way.

If he does in fact sing on the track, then yes, he does.

If he produces a single that doesn't already have a featured artist on it and he's contributing vocals, using heavy dance breaks, etc. then I don't see why not. Calvin Harris and David Guetta have done it. The artist usually gives him a shout-out at the beginning of the track anyways.

If he deserves a featuring credit then Christina Milian deserves one on Play
