Avril will likely release a 2nd single around August before the album, plus, if the album was released in July, that still wouldn't change the single release. It would still be around August.
Delaying the album doesn't chance a thing when it comes to single release time. Lets say the 2nd single was released in July instead, the AI wouldn't be high enough to be a threat anyway.
I understand what you're saying clearly but you don't seem to understand that no matter how you look at it, the 2nd single wouldn't be a threat to PLU. HTNGU is the Summer single...

I'm not the one who was shunned by the Base so clearly trying to deflect some of your distaste toward me isn't working. Clearly I am aware that this is the INTERNET and people have different opinions. But I also know that just because you are on the internet does not mean you should lose all sense of your logic and common sense.
