A lot of videos were out this week, do you really thing VEVO doesn't choose who they want to promote? Its easy to say: Just pay VEVO and they will put a banner! OBVIOUSLY HWR spent a lot of money on the VEVO promotion for Selena Gomez and theres probably a contract for it.
I'm sure it isnt as simple as we think.
