Do you ever find yourself leaving whatever dedicated forum you're a part of filled with knowledgeable people to go to youtube or facebook just to find yourself hating everyone? I feel like whenever I go on a facebook page of something I'm really into and read comments from people asking the dumbest questions, I just want to log out. I start to find myself having a distaste for the average internet user that doesn't do any kind of real research on things. Does this ever happen to you? Do you ever want to strangle a basic bitch for asking for the 30th time why Shawn Johnson isn't at the Olympics or if Nicki Minaj is from England? Is it more normal than we think to just hate "people"?
Yes. They all are seriously like less knowledgeable when it comes to music/movies/celebs. Some of them don't even know albums exist and they think the singles are the only music you can get from the artists
Absolutely.
1. They (only) listen to generic songs like 'Live It Up' or 'Whistle'
2. They are like "Look! Did you hear Gaga's new song??". The fact is that song is not new, it's just a single release
3. Some of them only listen to songs with videos, because they simply don't know artists have album tracks / unreleased stuff
Yes, especially when they act like they know what Auto-tune is. Some fool tried making fun of California Gurls that way. And when he said the song sounded like autotune, it was during Snoop Dogg's rap.
