I don't see how this is hilarious or deceiving.
Both women are in Phoenix (it even says so in the upper corners of the screen). CNN set up their cameras and lights for Nancy Grace. The reporter knew the tea (she may have done reports for other CNN shows as well), so they set up a camera for her because that's easier than adjusting Nancy's camera and lights to have two people appear in the same frame, and then readjusting them for only Nancy afterward. They reported the story
live outdoors. A car drives by. Nancy can't hear, so she puts her hand up to her ear to hear better. (Do you normally talk to someone from 30 feet away? No, you would have to raise your voice. I can barely hear the person next to me walking down the street sometimes.) This isn't a big deal. Get ova it.
