NO, Disney said they dont want to involve into the operation of Marvel since they are doing great (the original article has mentioned this, but I cut it out because it is a little bit too long) Keep in mind.... Marvel is the production company and Disney mostly in charge of distribution.

Downey Jr. has the most leverage here, without him Avengers 2 will not be NEARLY as successful. He's like Johnny Depp to Pirates of the Caribbean, he can ask for anything.

I think this is just a minor setback. I believe they'll figure this out and The Avengers 2 will be fine. I believe RDJ won't be back for Iron Man 4, though.
