At 5:49 a fan ran on stage and the staircase to go and hug Taylor, her backup singer ran after her and even though Taylor told her to go and tried to hug the fan, the backup singer took her down the stage.
How beautiful of Taylor.
Most would just ignore them and act like they didn't even see them...

You definitely can't see Taylor's face in this video. I was actually THERE in the pit (closer than this video) and Taylor was actually motioning to the singer to escort her off-stage. She wasn't trying to hug her or talk to her. She looked confused and a hint of frightened. Taylor was just being professional and trying to deal with the situation without causing a scene.
