DOMA is most likely going to be struck down in June/July. The chance for it is a lot higher than the chance of prop 8 getting repealed.

Virginia is so weird. Super-conservative governor, 2/3 majority in the State lower house for Republicans, and eight of their eleven US House representatives are Republicans, but Obama won the state in both '08 & '12 and both senators are Democrats! But yeah, I definitely don't see gay marriage passing there.
