This is not a well informed thread. Sales are wrong on most of them and the list is incomplete.

For example, 50 Cent's GRODT has sold over 8 million not 6, and Eminem's Slim Shady LP has sold over 5.4 million, and its not on the list. Brittney Spear's album has NOT sold 14 million.

You can find any of this info in top 200 sound scan albums thread. And all these albums were released in the sound scan era.

Britney's has sold 14m including the sales from BMG music clubs, which Soundscan doesn't count.

The Fame is at 4.5m. it should be there next year when she has new music out

Boston are bonafide legends. I'm not sure what people outside of Australia think of Men at Work, but they are one of the most successful Aussie bands, I wouldn't call them legends but I wouldn't group them with that Deana chick.
