Red carpet, dress. I completely agree! Of course in a dress is where you see more color BUT it doesn't need to be that.

It doesn't NEED to be a dress, but like Pedro said, we get more of the color if it's a dress.
I remember in the Pink round someone sent Shakira with a pink bra .. While it was cute,
I couldn't give much points because I saw more of her body than the color pink. It's
more fair to give someone wearing lots of pink in a pink round .. You can use a
bikini, but it's very risky in this game.
