The Main was, now I prefer Ice Cold

Any theme with black background is my fav. (I've used Code Red and Console the most)
Also, black background make the colors appear so beautiful.
Grayscale is good too.

ATRL Main look so naked to me

White backgrounds are too bright, they hurt my eyes.
I wish FB had a Preferences feature as well, so that I could remove that bright white background

I used the Main one for a long time because I thought every other theme looks tacky, but Grayscale is really something else.
