Katy Perry will be attending this year's Met Gala on Monday. Katy says she'll be wearing an "original punk" inspired dress.The singer discussed what she is wearing to the prestigious event which will be held on Monday in New York City.

Katy was careful not to spill too many secrets, but did give some hints about the overall look of the dress she's chosen.

"I can't give too much away, but I picked it out right when it debuted on the runway," Katy told the Cut. "I contacted the designer right away. I've known I'd wear it for a couple of months now. [One little hint?] It will definitely be me. Let's just say, I'll be an original punk. I love a theme!"

Can't wait to see what she'll wear! I am ready to be slayed by the Fashion Queen!

Dolce & Gabbana have been on this whole "Old World Sicilian" thing for like 2 years now. I haven't seen anything "punk" from them in many seasons.
