Well it's already a known fact that iOS is getting a new "flatter" design by Jony Ive so that's one thing. I want them to use the fingerprint scanning technology they bought and maybe a slightly bigger screen (4.3" or so).
How about stop putting out a newer, smaller, shinier iphone every 2 years and take some time to deliver the forward-thinking genius we all used to be able to expect and associate with Apple products instead of these overpriced cash grabs.
I'm not sick of the iPhone because the new operating system is being announced next month. As a developer I'll be able to test the beta very early on. However, I do hope for a larger screen. I have been enticed by the HTC One lately, but I never rule apple out and will be waiting until a new phone is announced before I decide what my next phone will be.
Any wider and the screen will be hardly one hand operable which is the main reason many buy it
It's really not that easy to do everything with one hand. Scrolling webpages is easy sometimes, but typing really isn't always the most efficient that way. I think it's more apple telling us they want the screen to be able to be accessed with one hand. I have had every iPhone since the 3G and I never really felt that being able to use it with one hand was a key feature. I appreciate that we can for the most part, but it isn't a requirement for a smartphone for me. Besides, making it harder to use with one hand may discourage people from texting and driving a bit more as well, unless they'd like to take both hands off the wheel.

Tell me a company that doesn't do yearly smartphone releases.
