Won't hurt her at all, to be honest. It will stick on Urban/Rhythmic, and expose the song on Top 40. It'll drop hard on the latter, but the exposure is all that matters. Then performing on Idol, she's got a smash.

I just hope it's 90's Mariah-esque. Big vocals, catchy chorus and beat.
But the hashtag though. That is one trend that must die INSTANTLY.
