I was watching the music video to 21 Questions by 50 Cent the other day, and in it 50 Cent goes to prison, and I noticed everybody in there was black too.

That is just sick!

This is a horrible soda commercial regardless of the races of the men. It's dumb. The actual advertisement of Mountain Dew as the selling point of the commercial is non-existent. Which only further indicates that this commercial was never intended for real use. Well, at least not typically, if they were trying to profit sales from controversy.

PepsiCo. is pulling these commercials off youtube with a QUICKNESS.

I'm sick of these commercials trying to pull an Old Spice. It's not happening.

They would have been pissed off about that even more. For example the Duke Lacrosse case or that Dominique Strass Khan guy both involving white men who allegedly attacked a black women The media and NAACP was all over that.

This type of thing implies that its always black men who are in jail.

And racist or not the ad is still in poor taste.

No sh.t. Racism is not a one-case-fits-all issue. You're not interested in addressing a problem or providing a solution. I'm also not sure why you're acting like something being called racist is a privilege that everyone or everything deserves.

And if the woman was black, and the men remained black as they are, it would still be racist.
