How stupid.
How is what these girls do (recording themselves dancing and putting it on youtube) in any way related to their school? Maybe I would understand if, in the middle of class all 33 students kicked over their desks and started twerking, but this is something they did in the privacy of their own time, unrelated to the school. The fact their punishing them for their personal activities outside of school is really
really the most.
All these attacks against twerking is clearly rooted in a level of misogyny (and racism). Men only give women power in this culture based on their appearance and sexual availability, but want to claim ownership over women's ability to express themselves in a sexual manner and shame and victim blame women (or worse) who step outside the lines of what men demand or require.
and it's mostly white girls! I live!
