I'm so happy to hear that. One of the people I've gone out with is HIV positive (he doesn't know that I know), and I'm pretty sure he's not ready to tell me out of fear of losing me. Thankfully I'm not uneducated when it comes to HIV/AIDs. I don't want to tell anybody else yet because I know they'll tell me to stop seeing him, but as far as I'm concerned if we don't work out, it'll be because we don't work out, and not because of his status.
But in any event, I hope a cure is found within the next decade. They are so many amazing people in the world being stigmatized because of this disease.
