Right, but since she's all about "taking her time" and finding her zone to deliver quality, it just seems fast.

I don't doubt her skill, or the quality. However it is a bit of a contradiction to take your time yet hastily run through a verse.

The term "taking your time" doesn't literally mean taking 44 hours to write a 16 bar verse. If the words come to you then they come to you, correct?

Bottoms Up was her quickest verse, correct? So if she had taken 55 hours to write that would you have been more pleased with it because it took longer? Or what if she took two months to write Freaks? Would you love that verse more because it took her two months to write?

How do you know she "hastily" ran through the verse? Were you in the kitchen with her when she wrote it?
