So, maybe it will still be released in the US on the 6 and International release date will be the 13th? That would be a lot better than releasing her album the same day as everyone else who would beat her out.

I also don't understand if the album is released in November...why is she the only one of the Nov. 13th release artists that hasn't released the first single yet? She should have already released the first single which makes me think maybe they are having second thoughts about the release date and maybe about the whole album.

Other possibility is a International Release Date before than US Release, and Murder will be the 1st single (International and not in US) like did Nelly Furtado.

yep. 1st album we knew "Pieces of Me" was the first single from the TV show, 2nd album "Boyfriend" was confirmed in August 2006, with the video in September, and album in October. Now....we only have rumors that "Murder" is the first single, and the LQ version isn't good, and I'm pretty sure HQ won't make it better.

If it follows up correctly we should get the single by this month, video next month, then the album. Otherwise she will flop, not only because of Britney, Alicia, and Celine releasing the same day, but also because all three of them have already began getting their exposure and hype, meaning she'll come out late and no one will be as excited when they hear "Murder". Poor Ashlee, new producer NOW, and then the album in December. It's her best hope.

I prefer Rulebreaker as first single but well is her career, if she flop, the label will have a part of the fault.

Rulebreaker sounded awesome. If she flops it's actually a lot to do with her choices. The label has nothing to do with who she works with on an album, well they do but not as much as if it's the debut, plus she has complete control.

Like Aerometis said, this could only mean the label/Ashlee is having second thoughts about "Murder" being the new single because artists can leak a song when they are ready and I think she would've done it by now.

Rulebreaker is better than Murder but it's still not up to Ashlee quality. She really needs to scrap the whole album, work with a real rock or at least pop/rock producer. Get rid of that lousy Timbaland and get her band together and go in the studio with her full band and record her album like that. She will have a much better product. Her album would be ready by March/April which will be perfect timing for the summer tour rounds and by then people will have forgotten about Britney and all the other albums coming out in November.

Britney will most likely be dying down by Summer, we'll get a second single announced at least by Dec., out in Jan., pretty much the same format as "In The Zone", except she'll still be touring. BUT I highly doubt Alicia + Mariah will die out because they always stretch and over-do their albums.
