You edited out the without makeup and photoshop comparisons to the final processed look, but all East Asian women use the panda eye makeup thing, not just Koreans. It's amazing what makeup, eyelid glue/tape, circle lenses can do for average-looking people. Photoshop and plastic surgery are not needed:

I thought that you can't have any cosmetic surgery done to participate the Miss competition, hence the discrimination of transgender people. It's just photoshop and they definitely don't look like one person, even after the work done.
