Beyonce. But Rihanna's worth ethic is pretty good and often underrated. I think its also impressive how her worth ethic and her as a entertainer overall is improving as shes gone on, despite releasing every year. Shows a growing passion to work on her craft.
Both women have incredible work ethics. I don't understand why so many people like to say that Rihanna doesn't work hard when she's recorded 7 albums in as many years, all while touring the world and pursuing countless ventures outside of music.
