It's legalized here in Holland and we have no problems with drugs whatsoever in this country. It actually benefits the country considering so many tourist come here for the weed!

Yes,it should be. I don't personally use it, and don't really want to. And the effects aren't life threateningly bad, but there are some adverse effects. But that doesn't really matter. If an adult wants to knowingly pay their hard earned money to buy weed, that's their business. Just as long as I don't have to pay for it. So if they get a car wreck while on it, and have public aide insurance, I don't think they should be allowed to use that insurance. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. That's the only problem I have with it.

Maybe is less destructive than Cigarrettes and alcohol, but when you smoke marijuana you lose your senses and stops acting like yourself and that doesn't happen with the two "legal drugs" so, I say no

The whole reason drug cartels and the underground market are thriving is because of the legal status of these drugs. Legalize it, regulate it to stimulate the economy, create more farm subsidies, and tax it.

Yes absolutely. I am strongly against marijuana usage personally but it's ridiculous that people get arrested and have their lives ruined over something so (relatively) insignificant.

Decreased depression in marijuana users


Now research is still ongoing in all these areas and we shouldn't be tempted to say that there are no possible negative effects to marijuana consumption, but to use the argument that it causes depression is just foolish when it's been known anecdotally and found in studies that it actually helps against depression whereas alcohol is actually a DEPRESSANT.
