Alicia, Brandy and Aaliyah deserve a place on this list over Rihanna in all honesty. Having R&B influences does not make you an R&B artist.

TV One needs to have a million seats. Rihanna but no Anita Baker? Rihanna but no Toni Braxton? Rihanna but no Alicia? Where the **** were their antennas? I don't even think I can think of five notable R&B songs from Rihanna off the top of my head.
