Sad seeing people go downhill

This is so sad. She really needs help because I noticed on Twitter she keeps talking about how she looks.

Did anyone see that she posted this on twitter:

There's only ONE lindsay lohan...

Poor thing.

I think she is doing drugs and probably suffering from some type of mental illness like body dysmorphic disorder.

A majority of her tweets are about her looks, pictures, and weight:

The tweets go on and on...

I hope she will get the treatment and recover soon

See the thing is, the Lilo comparisson was cute before but it's no longer drugs or DUI it's now clearly a mental issue which Lindsay never had. Of course unless this is just some ploy to troll us... which still isn't similar to Lindsay.
