Most People That Weren't On My Good Side Knew To Steer Clear !

But I've Meet Some Amazing People That I'll Try To Call My Friends Forever !

Honestly I don't want to sound cynical/pessimistic or anything, but I'm a Sophomore and HS is pretty much boring and irrelevant to me. I mean yeah I'm in in Water Polo, Swim, French Club, and other things I thought I would enjoy but in reality they don't. I guess its just me. I mean I've always been more akin to a more mature mentality group of friends, mainly because most people my age annoy the living daylights out of me, but I'm just ready to move on to University lol.

All I have to say is just make a nice group of close friends, focus on school work, and prepare for your future because thats what HS really is about. Its just to prepare for your future as an adult. Other than that HS is pretty dull and bleak and I blame 90's teen-comedy movies and Mean Girls for making it seem so damn fun and interesting

I think he/she was saying that I should observe people first and be careful of who I become friends with rather than just cutting someone off by the way they may seem and I agree with what you're saying also. By "observant" I mean I check people out first as in I see how they act or seem, basically how they treat certain people when they think no one is around, y'know?

My HS experience was good actually. It was a little rough in the beginning just because I just had moved and was about to start the next chapter in my life, but i adjusted and everything was alright. Everyone's experience will be different, but enjoy it because it goes so fast.

Literally the worst part of my life thus far and absolutely no good memories at all. So glad it's over and I just want to completely forget about the whole thing.

Stressful. I'm taking a bunch of hard classes right now and it'll be even worse next (junior) year. I know it's worth it because I'll have an awesome transcript but it's hard to keep up with considering I'm a procrastinator.

I have a fine amount of friends but not much of a social life. That's just me though, I'm lazy. If I wanted to get involved with things I could. Next year I'm planning on taking track so that'll be something. I have no problem getting along with upperclassmen besides the few that I purposely avoid. Literally never been bullied once even though I think it's pretty obvious I'm not straight.

Just please don't be an annoying freshman. Everything is fine in your sophomore year, but if you're an annoying freshman, people will not like you.

Freshman year was pretty good, Sophomore was absolute **** and Junior has been pretty great I have to say. I have a lot of personal issues and that has been my biggest downfall in high school so far.

I'm slaying the academics, faring well in my volleyball and cross country teams as well as a tall, skinny sophomore can, and am content with my social life. There are times I can't wait for the college life, there are times where I'm underwhelmed and just want to quit school and pursue stalking Beyoncé for a loving, but overall, it's a great experience so far.

It's chaotic.
At one point it's stressful, but the next it's wonderful. I'm glad I've met my one best friend and I'm glad me and my other best friend became better friends because of high school(even though I want to hit him with a rake.). I've gone through some really crazy **** and sometimes school did anything but help. And there's been other times when the people there have helped me a lot. I'm sort of happy and sad to be leaving next year. I'm ready to grow up and move on, but I'm scared of the responsibility I'll have to poses.
