Angel Haze does not have a base.
To make a new thread, go to section you want to post it in, for example Base. Near the top on the right hand side, you should see a button "+ Make new thread". Click that, and you'll be taken to a page where you can create it. Make sure to choose the right section to post it in, put the correct title and choose the right prefix, e.g. if it's a poll, discussion, fanbase etc.
