I dont believe to anything this woman has to say. I have read her book and some of her statements and interviews, thats enough. She is constantly lying in interviews, even about things what she said in other interviews, or claiming how they forced her to say lies, then she goes back to claiming its truth only to deny it again. She is a compulsive liar.
There is always some truth to what La Toya is saying, but she always comes off as someone who is bitter, attention-whoring, and always throwing her family under the bus. That's why they don't really address her and she wasn't really around during all of this mess. Where was she when they were "kidnapping" her mother? Why didn't she step in for the mother and those kids? It's interesting she was nowhere around when all this stuff was happening. Not at the setting, and nowhere in the headlines. She's always around after the fact.
I think it is easier for Janet to see the evils in the industry than it is for her mother. I don't think this was out of "let me get your money," but "we don't want them to get you."
LaToya is trying to keep up with ratings, even if what she says is half true. This family is shady and it is no surprise that someone removed herself entirely and actually tried to help her mother.
