Rihanna is very consistant. She's been in the game since 2005, yet never seems to fade out.
Her star-power continues to grow and she manages to reach out to many demographics.

Lady Gaga has achieved so much in such little time. I applaud her for that, I really do. However, there is a degree of uncertainty when it comes to her career and what's next from her. As she has such a bold image, it's debatable on whether the public will still receive that with open-arms again. Who knows.

It depends on how Gaga's career continues after time.

At this point, Gaga has had more impact, but she could easily flop and disappear. Born This Way was already seen as a decline for her.

Rihanna, on the other hand, has been very consistent and her success doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon.

I see both having long careers. Rihanna moreso than Gaga.

At this point, probably Rihanna. Artpop will be a make-or-break era for Gaga. Most likely a "break", but we'll see.
