Funny you say that when Call Me Maybe went #1 in 12 countries and has spent more than 800 weeks in more than 20 charts while Harlem Shake went #1 in only 3 countries, all of them english speaking (US-AUS-NZ) a local mess. LOL

Harlem Shake was not global at all. LMAO! HS went #1 on the HOT 100 but it didn't even scan GOLD. It doesn't have any sales certifications anywhere in the world. So please tell me where is this global you speak of?
CMM was the biggest hit of 2012 and sold 12M according to IFPI. It's certified 6x plat in the US.
This was HS' peak @ UWC. Not even #1 when CMM was #1 for weeks.
Let's not even talk @ CMM being #17 on the all time chart while HS is nowhere to be found.
