I tried being really unbiased with 21, I actually liked better than the first listen. But the quality of the album is just inferior here. It's mediocre, and full of filler.

Synopsis:
The short and cinematographic sounding closer to It's Not Me, It's You is Lily's first track out. Lily sweetly sings about how she is glad she never gave up on her lover, despite him never being there for her. At the end, she says everything's fine, but that's not always the case with Lily because of her tendency to deliver impactful, harsh, and serious lyrics while still sounding innocent, sweet, and at times sarcastic.
Voter Response:
"He Wasn't There" was always Lily's lowest song on the countdown. It received a few very low scores, but many mediocre scores of fives and sixes, making it the last song to round out our bottom five. As we've seen with Adele's eliminations, being a song late on the tracklisting probably didn't help either.
Synopsis:
The fourth track on 21 has Adele feeling down and a bit more vulnerable than in most tracks on the album. She lists reasons why she may not be perfect for a relationship, but she begs her lover to remember her good qualities. It's sonically similar to her other eliminated songs, which may have foreshadowed a low ranking.
Voter Response:
"Don't You Remember" was initially part of the top 30, however after many inconsistent scores, and two last minute scores of a one and a two, it falls out of the top 30 making it Adele's fifth track eliminated.
