Tracy Morgan To Host The 2013 Billboard Music Awards
Comedic actor Tracy Morgan, whose eight seasons on "Saturday Night Live" and seven on "30 Rock" solidified him as one TV's funniest stars, will host the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, live from Las Vegas at the MGM Grand on Sunday, May 19, airing on ABC.
"I'm honored to be a part of one of music's biggest nights," Morgan said. "When you look at the artists who have come up through Billboard over the years, it's incredible. And how can you say no when Prince is going to be there!"

Its an "inside" vote and only staff writers and critics for Billboard can vote. All prizes are based on sales figures and not on artistry or anything else.
With that horrid show last year I definitely won't watch it this year. I may just tune in the last second to see if they announce the Billboard 200 award but did they even do that last year? Adele pays this show dust XD and I forgot if they even broadcasted her winnings
because I don't think she is a good performer 
She better win female artist of the year!
