Yeah, I think Katy and Rihanna's biggest mistakes were taking so long to give decent vocal performances. Gaga knew that right out the gate she had to prepare something amazing and delivered consistently.
Katy and Rihanna have talent but Gaga's deserves respect for always seeming to rehearse and really CARE about each and every performance.
Edit: Not that it matters. They're more successful than her at the moment. Ugh.
